2. Service Agreement

Services are provided based on garment care labels and customer instructions. Any special handling requirements must be clearly communicated at the time of order.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment (online or at pickup). Prices, taxes, and delivery charges are applicable as per the order.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery are scheduled based on availability. Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all valuables (cash, documents, jewelry) are removed from garments
  • Inform us of delicate, high-value, or special-care garments

6. Right to Refuse Services

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are hazardous, unsafe, or unsuitable for cleaning.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before pickup without any charge
  • Cancellations after pickup may incur a service fee

2. Refunds & Re-Cleaning

Refunds or re-cleaning will be considered only in cases of verified damage or loss caused by our service, reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Re-cleaning at no extra cost
  • Partial or full refund at management’s discretion

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Normal wear and tear, shrinkage, fading, or pre-existing damage
  • Services already completed without service-related fault

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.


Garment Loss & Liability Limit

1. Liability Cap

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the service or the declared value of the garment, whichever is lower.

2. Claims Process

  • Claims must be submitted in writing
  • Original receipt and garment photos are required
  • Claims submitted after the specified period will not be accepted
