Pickup and delivery are scheduled based on availability. Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are hazardous, unsafe, or unsuitable for cleaning.
Refunds or re-cleaning will be considered only in cases of verified damage or loss caused by our service, reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
